Gerda Steiner May Challenge - Mouse with Drink

Hello, crafty friends! I'm stopping by today to share a recent creation of mine which was inspired by May image from Gerda Steiner's Monthly Progressive Challenge. The moment I saw this lovely image I knew exactly what kind of card I was going to create to make it to stand out from all other cards which are going to be submitted for this months challenge. With lots of our clients travelling back and forth to Bahamas now, I felt like creating my own paradise on this card. So with the help of distress inks and Copic markers I came up with the following card:

I would not mind to go that far to see this beautiful sunset? What about you?

Some Bunny Special

Hello, everyone! I'm stopping by today to share a new card which was inspired by the current CASometry Challenge 2. Make five. over at umichka.com. The main idea of the challenge is to use the same stamp set for all its stages. So all you need to do is to choose one stamp set you want to play with and use it in all 5 stages, and, of course, make it CAS. For this challenge, I've decided to use one of my favorite stamp sets of all times - Happy Hoppy Bunny Set from Gerda Steiner Designs:

I still didn't have enough time to properly use these stamps in my creations, that's why I've decided to enter this challenge with this stamp set. And here is the first of five cards that I will make with this set over the course of the challenge:   

As you might have already noticed, I'm very new to CAS cards, but, like they say, it's never too late to learn. And Anna's challenge will be a great opportunity to master my skills:)

Hello, everyone! I'm stopping by today to share a new birthday card which was inspired by the current Lawnscaping Challenge "Calling All Critters". For this challenge, I've decided to use all the recently purchased Lawn Fawn clear stamp sets which I still didn't have enough time to use in my creations properly. So the following sets got today's focal point: "Mom + Me", "Joy To The Woods", and "Snow Day". A little bit of blending with Distress Inks and the card is ready:)

Sea Creatures

Hi there, everyone! The last couple of days were pretty busy, especially at work, and now, when I finally got some days off, it's time to pay a visit to my blog. Today, I would like to share with you a card, actually 2 of them, inspired by one of Vera Rhuhay's amazing creations featuring Whale Wishes stamps set from Mama Elephant. When I first saw this set with beautiful orcas I couldn't but buy it since these one of the world's most powerful predators mean a lot to me. They bring back the memories of the time spent working at summer camp on Orcas Island, WA, where I was lucky enough to meet my hubby and actually see one of these gorgeous creatures. Wow, it's been already 6 years. Time really flies by... And now, without further ado, let's get right to the first card:

Once this card was ready, I've decided to replace a whale with a duck from one of my favorite stamp sets from Gerda Steiner Designs. And here is how this creation turned out:

Not bad, huh?:)
