New Family Member

Hi there, crafty friends! Hope you're doing well. Today, I would like to share with you the latest creation of mine made for a new bundle of joy that will join my brother-in-law's family in March. They say it'll be a boy. So here is the card I came up with:

Winter Card Series 2015 (Day 7)

Hi there everyone! Welcome to the 7th post of my Winter Card Series for this year. It seems like I'm getting a little bit obsessed with Mama Elephant's stamp set "In My Heart", I just can't stop using it on my cards. Well, don't you agree that these kids look lovely? For the first time in my card-making career, I've decided to use 3 different colors for creating an ink-blended background. To be honest, I'm really satisfied with the results although this ink-blending technique might not be that evident on the card. Well, at least I've tried and I hope there will be more opportunities to use it in my cards. Here is what I came up with:
